    TGM Designs offers remote support to our clients who are on one of our maintenance plans. This service allows one of our specialists to temporarily see your computer screen, and control your mouse and keyboard, in order to perform many services on your computer. By utilizing remote support, we can often help you more quickly, and for a lower cost than an on-site service call.

    We use CrossLoop for our remote support services. CrossLoop simplifies the process of securely working with clients located in different physical locations and across different network environments.

    CrossLoop enables us to see the screen and control the mouse and keyboard on a remote computer. It is as if you are working side by side at the same PC. You can get up and running with CrossLoop in under 2 minutes. Simply download and install the application and it will automatically configure itself to your network environment.

    PC Requirements

    CrossLoop requires Windows 2000 or newer, including Vista; 128 MB RAM or greater; 2 MB hard drive space and a broadband internet connection

    STEP ONE
    Click Here to start downloading and installing CrossLoop.
    STEP TWO
    When the CrossLoop installation begins do one of the following:

    • To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk.

    • To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location.
    STEP THREE
    Follow the simple instructions to install CrossLoop on your computer.

    As part of these instructions you will be asked to accept the CrossLoop Terms of Service. In some cases, the downloaded text of these Terms of Service shows an earlier Version than the definitive version which is currently Version 2.44, last revised 1/11/07 and found here. The Terms of Service includes two separate licenses. The first license is for the proprietary CrossLoop shell program and the second license is a GPL for the TightVNC program.
